God’s Spirit has been moving in the Faith Formation ministry of First Presbyterian Church! As Christians, we are called to study God’s Word and carry it in our hearts as we live a life of faith. The goal of faith formation event at FPC is that our church family would feel, know, and share the love of Christ Jesus!
This vision helps us prepare ourselves to serve as Christ’s disciples in the world. It guides the work of our Faith Formation Ministry Teams as they plan new and exciting educational events. At FPC, every member of the congregation should “feel” the love of Christ within our lives as we actively participate in communal processes that enrich our shared faith. As a church family, these educational offerings should help us “know” the love of God through biblical interaction, theological exploration and communal study. And as we grow in God’s love, we must find ways to “share” that love with others, within and outside our community of faith!
